• In consultation with you we draw up an acquisition profile which is used by us for search purposes.
• We identify and present suitable opportunities with outline information for your review.
• Following your confirmation of interest, we ask you to execute a Confidentiality Agreement and then formally introduce the vendor.
• We arrange initial meetings and the presentation of further information as required.
• We then monitor the progress of negotiations to a successful conclusion.

Commission is payable by the purchaser only on completion of the acquisition.
